Looks like a graphics driver issue, your having swap buffer fails which is a graphics processing issue.

Since your card is quiet new its probably just a compatibility issue with the drivers. I would suggest checking for an updated set that has support for your card. Updated drivers to I've just done a 20 minute drive on regular ETS, no MP, no mods but the same profile as before and it didn't crash.
